How Tour Works
Tours are divided by MLS areas.
We tour the following MLS areas:
North, Northeast, East, Southeast, South, XSouth, Southwest, West, Northwest.
SEE SCHEDULE
We tour MLS Residential Listings only.
We do not tour New Construction, Land, or Commercial listings. Tours are limited to 6-8 homes per tour. There can be multiple tours to any one MLS area. This means that if your area has more than one tour, you get to market to more than the 6-8 that are included on your tour. Win-Win! And typically there are more than one tour areas being serviced each week. *Therefore if you submit with a buddy we cannot guarantee you will be on the same tour together!
Tour is conducted Caravan Style. This means the tour is attended in the order that it is mapped and printed in your tour packets. Agents are encouraged to car pool, but that is an individual choice.

A flag is provided for the ‘lead’ car that is going to the first home. At the first home it is then handed off to the next listing agent to attach to the car he/she is riding in.

sheets are filled out while at each home. They are then distributed to each listing agent at the last home on tour and we then take a vote for which home should win ‘Home of the Month’. Home of the month winners have the use of a sign rider for 30 days and are featured on this web site as well as in our email blasts.
