You can submit your homes as far in advance as you like. If you sell the home in the meantime, not to worry we’ll notice anything that is not ‘Active’ the week of tour and pull your submission at that point.
Remember, only one home per tour, per agent
You can have more than one if the home is co-listed and the co-listing agent is also willing to
attend the tour.
The listing agent is expected to be at the morning marketing meeting and to attend the full tour.
